Shipping: Yes, Shipping Really Is Free. 1 Bottle Or 100 Bottles, We'll Cover The Cost.

Before you place your order, be sure that your name and shipping address on your account is correct. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the correct address is entered on the order screen. Whatever address that you input into the order screen/your account is what will be printed onto a shipping label.

Most orders will ship the same day they are placed if ordered before 1pm est or if order volume is high, the next business day. Orders will ship either via USPS First Class Mail (2-5 business days) or via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Business Days). Once your order is picked up by USPS, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information.

Returns Policy: We cannot provide a refund on e-Liquid products for any reason. In the unlikely event that we made a mistake with your order, we will gladly fix the mistake by exchange, or store credit. As for taste, smell or anything else, by law, we are no longer able to provide a refund. e-Liquid is considered a tobacco product, and once it is opened, we cannot accept a return or exchange. Taste is subjective, but if you feel it doesn't quite add up, please give it a few days to steep and try it again.

However, if you order is damaged in the mail, here's what to do:

  • Keep the box and the damaged contents, do not discard them.
  • Take a picture of the damaged box and or contents.
  • Send it to along with your order ID.
  • This information needs to be sent within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Once this information is received, we will issue you a replacement usually the same day.
